Los Angeles based artist Ari Nichole is best known for her EFFEMINATE and Sulky illustrative Pop-Surrealist visual works.
At a young age she was naturally drawn to creative outlets and taught herself how to work with charcoal and watercolor. After graduating cosmetology school and clawing her way out of the suburbs of Chicago in 2013, she relocated to Los Angeles where she began to work with oil, ink, and digital art as well.
Her work is Moody, dark, FEMININE, and profoundly influenced by a vulnerable and fierce woman's perspective. She explores her experiences with womanhood, Mental illness, and Promoting social justice for marginalized communities.
